Admin fees

Once an offer has been made for a property and been accepted by the owner, Best Gapp will ask for you to pay one week’s rent as a reservation fee to secure the property and to get the referencing process underway.

Please note that this holding fee is non-refundable as it will form the cost of your referencing as well as administration charges.

Once your references has successfully passed they will still be subject to our clients acceptance. Shortly after this stage you will receive a soft copy of the tenancy agreement in DRAFT format (a hard copy of the DRAFT agreement can be made available upon request) upon which time you will be asked to sign and deliver back to our office; we may ask for the outstanding balance to be settled before you receive this agreement. If the owner should decide to remove the property from circulation after you have paid your holding fee then a portion may be refundable subject to any outstanding administration/referencing costs you may have incurred.
